- Pueblo County Department of Human Services can help with information on our more well-known Programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, and LEAP. But we have over 40 programs and services that can help you or your family. In addition to giving you information during a lunch and learn session, we can also show you how to apply, help with returning paperwork to our office, and answer questions on any of these programs or services.
